Advisory

Clarity for decisions that don’t fit a standard model.

When the question requires a tailored approach, Jurhen brings together the information that matters, tests the assumptions that could change the answer and makes the implications clear.

The result is not more analysis. It is a clearer basis for deciding what to do next.

Relevant to developers, asset managers, investment managers and funds, banks and lenders, owners and operators, and institutional or private capital facing high-stakes asset and capital decisions.

What becomes clearer

  1. What matters most

Identify the information, assumptions and alternatives that could materially change the decision.

  2. The trade-offs

Understand what each alternative implies, where the economics differ and which assumptions drive the result.

  3. What could change the answer

See where uncertainty remains and what new information would justify a different conclusion.

Several perspectives, one clearer reading

A complex decision may have several plausible explanations.

The goal is not to force certainty. It is to understand which explanation is best supported, what still does not fit and what could change the decision.

When Advisory fits

When the question is not standard.

Advisory is designed for decisions where the context, available information or alternatives require more than a standardized analytical module.

  1. More than one course of action looks reasonable, and the choice between them depends on assumptions that have not yet been tested.

  2. The commitment is large enough that the cost of a wrong reading outweighs the cost of examining the question properly.

  3. The available information is partial, uneven in quality or points in different directions, so what it can and cannot support has to be established first.

  4. The result turns on a small number of assumptions, so the decision needs to know which ones drive it and by how much.

  5. The question spans more than one market or asset, so it does not fit a single standardized module.

How we work

A tailored analysis should still follow a disciplined decision process.

  1. Frame the decision

Define the decision, alternatives, decision criteria and what could materially change the answer.

  2. Build the evidence base

Determine what information matters, its quality and context, and where important gaps remain.

  3. Test the alternatives

Examine competing explanations and scenarios, test assumptions and assess sensitivity.

  4. Clarify the implications

Connect the findings to the decision, what they support, what remains uncertain and what would justify changing course.

Independent judgment throughout

We do not begin with a preferred answer. Conclusions should change when better information changes the picture.

Standardized where possible. Tailored where necessary.
