Jurhen
Privacy
This notice explains what the Jurhen website receives when you visit it or write to us, why it is used and the choices you have. It describes how the site works today and will be updated when that changes.
Last updated 6 October 2026.
What this notice covers
Jurhen receives information in three ways: when you send an inquiry through the contact form, through a small number of cookies the site needs in order to work, and through optional first-party analytics that run only if you allow them.
Jurhen does not sell personal data, does not use advertising networks and does not share analytics data with third parties.
Contact inquiries
When you use the contact form, Jurhen receives the details you enter: your name, email address, organisation, the role you choose to give, the service and market you are interested in, and your message. The form asks you not to include personal data that is not needed for the inquiry.
This information is stored in the website database and is used to understand and answer your inquiry. It is not sent by email to anyone, and it does not trigger any automated marketing.
After you send an inquiry, the site keeps a reference to it in your browser session so that the confirmation page can be shown to you. If you had allowed optional analytics, your inquiry is also linked to the pseudonymous analytics record described below.
No fixed retention period has been set yet for contact records, so they are kept until one is defined. You can ask Jurhen to delete an inquiry through the contact form.
Cookies the site needs
These cookies are set by the site itself and do not follow you across other websites.
Country and language
jurhen_context remembers the country and language you choose in the header. It lasts up to one year.
Form protection
csrftoken protects the contact form and the analytics choice from forged requests. It lasts up to one year.
Inquiry confirmation
sessionid is set only after you send an inquiry, so that the confirmation page can be shown. It lasts up to two weeks.
Your analytics choice
jurhen_consent records whether you allowed or declined optional analytics, so that the question is not asked again. It lasts up to one year.
Optional analytics
If you allow analytics, the site records how its pages are used so that Jurhen can understand which content is useful and improve it. These analytics are first-party: they run on Jurhen’s own site, use random identifiers rather than your name, and are not shared with anyone outside Jurhen.
What is recorded: the pages you view, which parts of a page become visible and for how long, clicks on the links the site measures, the moment you start the contact form (not what you type), the name of the website that referred you, and campaign tags carried in the link you followed.
What is not recorded: your IP address, full page addresses, advertising click identifiers or a device fingerprint. Your browser’s user agent is checked only to tell bots from people and is not stored.
Visitor identifier
jurhen_mv is a random identifier for your browser. It lasts up to 180 days from your last visit with analytics allowed.
Visit identifier
jurhen_ms is a random identifier for the current visit. It lasts up to 24 hours.
Analytics records are kept for 13 months. Records of your analytics choice are kept for 24 months after they stop applying.
Your choice
On your first visit the site asks whether to allow analytics. No analytics are recorded until you allow them, and declining is remembered in the same way as allowing.
You can change your choice at any time under Analytics preferences at the bottom of every page. Withdrawing stops further recording and removes the analytics identifiers from your browser. Records already collected are not deleted at that moment; they remain until their scheduled deletion, unless you ask Jurhen to delete them.
Hosting and service providers
The website, its database and its logs run on Google Cloud infrastructure. Google processes this data on Jurhen’s behalf as a hosting provider.
Like most hosting platforms, the infrastructure keeps technical request logs, which include the IP address, browser type, requested address and time of each request. These logs are used for security and operations and are kept for 30 days.
